On our website, you can register to use the mytrelock service, which gives you the opportunity to register your key number or lock code or to manage your Smartlock.

For the processing of the data in the context of the dispatch procedure your consent is obtained if necessary and referred to this data security explanation. The data sent via the form will be transmitted to us in encrypted form.
Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted with the e-mail will be stored.
 
Purposes and legal bases for data processing
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us exclusively for the processing of the establishment of contact. If you contact us by e-mail, this is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of an e-mail is Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f GDPR. If the purpose of the e-mail contact is to conclude a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR. Within the framework of your order via our key service, personal data is processed for the conclusion of a contract with our company. The legal basis results from Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR.

Storage duration or criteria for determining duration
Order "TRELOCK Key Service": If necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship. In addition, we are subject to various storage and documentation obligations, which essentially result from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the Fiscal Code (AO). The periods for storage and documentation specified there are six to ten years. Finally, the storage period is also judged according to the statutory limitation periods, which, for example, according to §§ 195 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) as a rule are 3 years; if evidence needs to be preserved, for example in court proceedings, the limitation periods of the German Civil Code (BGB) can be up to 30 years if a court title exists. After termination of the contractual relationship, the deletion shall take place after expiry of the statutory storage regulations.
Contact form "Service request": If the purpose for storing the data ceases to apply, the personal data will be blocked or deleted as long as this does not conflict with legal storage obligations.
Service "mytrelock": If the purpose for storing the data no longer applies, the personal data will be blocked or deleted as long as this does not conflict with legal storage obligations.

Within the company, the departments that need your data to fulfill your request or order will receive it.
